LADY MONROE has a fine layout and is in excellent condition. The yacht was painted in 2005 with all white Awlgrip paint and is still in great condition.
There are three staterooms ensuite that berth seven plus three captain and crew berths in two cabins forward. There is a 13' cockpit, enclosed aft deck, full width salon, on-deck day head, raised pilothouse, large flybridge, country kitchen with large dining settee. Crew quarters are separate forward. Engine room is amidships accessed from the crew area. LADY MONROE has been continually upgraded with a full time captain and it shows.
